Shipping policy

In regards to COVID-19, please know that we are committed to the health and safety of our employees and amazing customers. We are taking all the CDC-recommended steps to ensure a safe working environment.  Most of our employees are working from home and we continue best practices to help protect our team members and you, our valued customers.

While we continue to ship orders to customers around the US as quickly as possible, please expect some shipping delays. Due to the current situation we are facing as a society, we are experiencing delays in both our supply chain as well as ship times from mail carriers. While most orders are still being shipped same or next business day, please allow up to 3 business days for orders to be shipped. If your item can not be shipped, for any reason, within 5 days of your order being placed we will notify you via phone or email.  Orders made over the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed the following business day. 

Shea butter is susceptible to hot and/or warm temperatures so it is important to ensure that you are available to receive your product when it is delivered. If the product melts as a result of exposure to extreme temperature, solidify by refrigerating. Product softening does not change benefits to the skin.
